   u need partner only for the following reasons (from my observation):
   1. partner to complement skills that you dont have but you need
   2. partner for funds/investor
   3. partner to work together

   if you can manage by your own, you just need an operation team. have it your way. but i do suggest to look for most trusted person for your finance guy. try to get your ideals for this position. emm..please also check your core competencies, because you dont want to do something you cannot or dont like doing. cheers!
